SDG&E remains committed to expanding opportunities for diverse business enterprises across our energy procurement activities. In 2025,
we purchased $4.93 million in power products from diverse suppliers.

Progress in Fuel Procurement
SDG&E remains committed to expanding opportunities for diverse business enterprises in our fuel procurement activities. In 2025, we procured
$82,398 in natural gas from diverse suppliers to support our gas-fired electric generation plants.
Although the pool of active diverse business enterprises remains limited in the power and fuel procurement sectors, SDG&E continues
to identify and encourage potential participants and track opportunities where diverse businesses may competitively participate as the market
evolves. Our procurement team works in close coordination with our credit team to explore additional approaches to increase diverse business
participation. We also remain engaged with interested suppliers and monitor market developments for emerging opportunities.
